Private Sessions
Private sessions are for you if:
- you are a beginner and want to start a healthy & safe practice
- you want to take your practice into a deeper level and/or focus on targeting specific asanas (poses)
- you want to develop a yoga or pranayama practice that you can do on your own at home
- you are interested in working towards a specific goal
- you have injuries or health concerns
- you don’t have time to go to a studio class and want the yoga teacher to come to you


With private yoga instruction, you will:
- Receive personalized guidance and adjustments tailored to your individual needs
- Build strength and improve flexibility
- Deepen your practice at all levels
- Focus on alignment and injury prevention
- Modify for physical limitations
- Increase your confidence
- Ask questions in a confidential environment
Yoga Sessions can be done one-on-one, or in a small group (2-3 people), at your place or at the studio
in Italská 2, Prague 2, 120 00, Vinohrady.
Pricing for one-on-one private sessions or small groups is a bit more dependent on the situation – where the private yoga session take place, how long the session is, how many sessions you commit to, etc.
