About the Course
This course has a personalized approach due to the number of participants (10 maximum), to get better understanding of the needs of each one.
It will guide you into the common key yoga postures. Understanding alignment, benefits and contraindications. Modifications of the postures and the use of props when needed.
The main breathing exercises (Pranayama) will be introduced and specifically the Ujjayi breathing use in the Vinyasa system to enhance your yoga practice and their numerous benefits.
It will give you everything you need to start your yoga practice with confidence and safety.
